The-Fair-will-not-be-held

The growing wave of diseases, fear of disease or just a potential preventive quarantine resulted in the resignation of many publishers and authors from participation in the fair. Although the new sanitary regime has been successfully holding trade fairs in the country, in Krakow and at EXPO Krakow since July, the fear of the virus has won out. The increasing number of cases in Małopolska, the number of "yellow" and "red" places on the map of Poland also causes anxiety in many people. Certainly, the current situation would not allow the organization of the Fair in the shape we all know or the implementation of all the ideas planned for this year.

It was with great regret that we had to make such a decision, knowing that we would disappoint many book fans who were impatiently waiting to buy an admission ticket. We apologize for this disappointment. We will try to make some of the events, debates and meetings planned during the tare virtually held, including awarding the Prize in the Jan Długosz. Most of all, however, we want to come back next year - with panache and new ideas.
