Regulations for Exhibitors
The beginning of 2020 was a big surprise for everyone. We are still accompanied by uncertainty and caution. However, we are optimistic about the future and believe that in October we will meet with you at EXPO Kraków. We do not slow down the preparations for the fair, because we want them to maintain their high level and meet the expectations of both you and the Visitors. At the same time, we monitor the situation, considering various scenarios. We want the principles of our cooperation to be clear and fair. And most importantly, to take into account the situation when the event can not take place. Please read the rules for participation:
- If the fair is canceled for sanitary-epidemiological or legal reasons, by August 23, 2020, all funds paid by you will be refunded, with the exception of the obligatory non-refundable registration fee.
- Until August 23, you can also resign of participation in the fair, regardless of our decision - in this case you will also receive a refund of all funds paid, except for the obligatory non-refundable registration fee.
- If the fair is canceled for reasons beyond the control of TwK, in particular for sanitary and epidemiological or legal reasons, after August 23, 2020 you will have a guaranteed return of 80% of the value of submitted and confirmed orders for: exhibition space / stand + type of exhibition space / stand + infrastructure charge. Other stand services and equipment are 100% refundable. The obligatory non-returnable registration fee is non-refundable, and the Exhibitor - if participating in the fair in 2021 - is obliged to pay the non-returnable obligatory registration fee again.
We know this year is difficult for everyone. In times of crisis, cooperation and mutual support are even more important. Together, we create an important literary event in Poland.
It may be smaller this year, but we have ambitious plans, even if our trade fair will not take full effect until 2021.
