- Launch of the Exhibitor Panel - the system for sales and registration of participation in the Fair.
31st May 2026
- Confirmation of booth locations for 2023 exhibitors (confirmation refers to location, size of the booth area, and dimensions) or desire to change (location, booth size, dimensions).
31st July 2026
- End of the discount period - from 1st August 2024 prices for space/stall will increase by 15%. To retain the promotional rates, the full gross amount resulting from the order in the Exhibitor Panel must be paid by July 31, 2026.
4th September 2026
- Deadline for participation registration / deadline for withdrawal from participation
The Exhibitor is required to submit a written notice of withdrawal to: ksiazka@targi.krakow.pl. Based on this, a refund of the amounts paid by the Exhibitor will be issued, excluding the registration fee, which is mandatory and non-refundable. See Regulations, point 4.
18th September 2026
- Deadline for application for participation in the Fair / deadline for cancellation of participation in the Fair (Exhibitor is required to submit a written cancellation to: ksiazka@targi.krakow.pl. On this basis, there will be a refund of funds paid by the Exhibitor, except for the registration fee, which is mandatory and non-refundable. See Regulations Item 4.
- Deadline for registration of Co-Exhibitors.
- Deadline for ordering seminar rooms, stages, meeting rooms, and author's areas / deadline for no-cost cancellation of seminar rooms.
- Deadline for submission of Authors, Speakers.
- Deadline for completing an entry in Exhibitor Directory, Companion Program in Exhibitor Panel.
- Deadline for delivery of design for individual stand development / submission of stand plan, notification of stand development contractor in case of ordering unbuilt space.
- Deadline for ordering additional equipment, utilities, Internet, and suspension of elements.
16th October 2026
- Deadline for registration of Exhibitors' guests, and trade visitors.
- Deadline for payment in full for participation in the Fair.
PAYMENT
In accordance with our Exhibitor Regulations (Section 3.3), upon conclusion of the contract, the Exhibitor is required to pay the fees in full. It is also possible to pay the fees in installments, according to the following rules:
- 45% of the gross amount for the exhibition space/stand + the registration fee must be paid as a deposit within 7 days of submitting the participation application;
- 55%, i.e. the remaining part of the total gross amount, payable no later than:
- July 31, 2026 – with discounted prices,
- October 16, 2026 – at regular prices (15% higher).
After placing an order for exhibition space, the system will generate a pro forma invoice. Each subsequent order will generate a separate pro forma invoice, payable no later than October 16, 2026.
INVOICES
After the payment is made, the system generates two invoices:
- a VAT invoice for the non-refundable registration fee in the amount of PLN 861.00 gross,
- an advance VAT invoice for the remaining amount.
Each additional payment will generate another advance invoice. The paid amount will be recorded as a prepayment for participation in the Fair, and the invoice will include the full value of your order for a given day, along with information about the remaining amount due.
Invoices are available for download in KSeF, and their preview is accessible in your account in the Exhibitor Panel.
For companies whose payments are fully documented with advance invoices, it is possible—upon request—to issue a final invoice after the event, covering all advances. To receive a final invoice, please contact the team after the event, no later than October 31 of the current year.
