Rights' Zone

Literary agents and publishers are invited to participate in the Rights' Zone of the 29th International Book Fair in Krakow.

The Rights' Zone at the International Book Fair in Krakow® is a unique business space created for professionals from the publishing industry. It is the only dynamically developing rights-trading area in Poland, attracting literary agents and publishers from Europe, United States, Asia, and South America.

The zone provides an ideal setting for presenting catalogues, buying and selling publishing rights, and discovering new and promising titles - from fiction and non-fiction to children’s and young adult literature. During the fair, it becomes a vibrant centre for professional meetings, inspiring discussions on current publishing trends, and building valuable business relationships.

We warmly invite international publishers to take part in meetings with Polish publishers. It is an excellent opportunity to establish new partnerships, gain insight into the Polish book market, and expand international publishing cooperation.

The zone will operate on industry days:

22nd of October 2026 (Thursday) 10:00 a.m.- 5:00 p.m. 
23rd of October 2026 (Friday) 10:00 a.m.- 7:00 p.m. 

Participation in the zone requires payment.

The fee of PLN 700 net includes:

• Equipment for the agency’s stand (minimum 1 table 160x80 cm, 4 chairs, a book display stand)

• Equipment for the shared relaxation area (coffee, tea, snacks)
• Badges for agency representatives granting access to the fairgrounds from October 23 to 26, 2025
• Free parking
• Entry on the list of exhibitors
• Entry in the accompanying program.
