What is a Voucher?

A Voucher is a free additional entitlement allowing its holder to participate in a specific Autograph Session covered by the voucher system.

A Voucher is not an Admission Ticket to the Fair and is valid only together with a valid Admission Ticket.

A Voucher entitles its holder to participate in a specific session in accordance with the schedule.
The Organiser does not guarantee the availability of Vouchers to every Admission Ticket holder. Purchasing an Admission Ticket does not guarantee that a Voucher for a selected autograph session will be obtained.
Vouchers are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis, while supplies allocated to a given autograph session last. Eligibility for a Voucher is determined by the order in which Vouchers are successfully obtained through the Eventim system.
Vouchers will be available through the Eventim website.
1. Purchase an Admission Ticket to the Fair via Eventim
After purchasing an Admission Ticket, you will receive a confirmation e-mail containing a code that allows you to order Vouchers.

2. Order Vouchers via Eventim
To add Vouchers to your basket, enter the CODE assigned to your Admission Ticket. Once the order has been completed, you will receive an order confirmation, and the Vouchers you have ordered will be assigned to your Customer Account under the Events section.
3. Download your Vouchers
Vouchers will be made available for download in PDF format 7 days before the Fair begins. Eventim will notify you by a separate e-mail when they are available for download.
Voucher distribution dates:
Wednesday | 30 September 2026, 12:00 noon – distribution of Vouchers for sessions taking place on Thursday and Friday
Thursday | 1 October 2026, 12:00 noon – distribution of Vouchers for sessions taking place on Saturday
Friday | 2 October 2026, 12:00 noon – distribution of Vouchers for sessions taking place on Sunday
Voucher limits:

A one-day ticket entitles its holder to obtain a maximum of 4 Vouchers for different autograph sessions taking place on the day for which the ticket is valid. A minor holding a Voucher may enter the Autograph Zone with one parent or adult guardian, who does not need to hold a separate Voucher.

A four-day pass entitles its holder to obtain a maximum of 12 Vouchers for different autograph sessions taking place during the period of validity of the pass.

A 2+2 or 2+3 family ticket entitles its holders to obtain a maximum of 4 Vouchers for different autograph sessions. In the case of a 2+2 or 2+3 family ticket, family members covered by the ticket may enter the Zone together on the basis of a single Voucher.
Persons with disabilities:

A person with a disability may obtain both an Admission Ticket and Vouchers for meetings with authors covered by the voucher system (maximum 4 Vouchers) at the Ticket Offices. The Organiser does not distribute Admission Tickets or Vouchers for persons with disabilities online.

A person with a disability may be accompanied by one support person, who is entitled to free admission to the Fair and may enter the Author Zone solely on the basis of the Admission Ticket and Vouchers issued to the person with a disability.

A person with a disability uses the entrance to the Author Zone designated by the Organiser and, after presenting the Voucher, will be escorted to the selected author. They are not required to wait in the general queue for Voucher holders.
Media Accreditation, Social Media Accreditation, an industry invitation, as well as any other complimentary invitations or admission passes, including those received from an exhibitor, publishing house or author, do not entitle the holder to obtain Vouchers.
